A. Due to the nature of this promotion and the marketing campaign. The following terms must exist. This is to protect the legal rights of all involved in the transactions that will take place. In an effort not to make the process of assisting you with your campaign a legal battle. The following conditions must be documented.

     1. All sales are final, no refunds will be processed.

     2. The basic package which is the 2 backer package is a 1 day promotion.
         All backers and pledges are permanent. If your project is funded you get the money.

     3. The 10 backer package is a promotion that last for the duration of your project.
         All backers and pledges are permanent. If your project is funded you get the money.

     4. The 20 backer package is a promotion that last for the duration of your project.
         All backers and pledges are permanent. If your project is funded you get the money.

     3. We hold you completely responsible for any claims you make about your project.

     1. We do not advocate sexually explicit material of any sort.

     2. We do not advocate explicit violence or criminal intent.

     3. We do not advocate religious material, we have our reasons.

Give us a short description of what your project is about. Then we will decide whether will will assist you with your project.
